All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will assess your claim and, if approved, issue a refund or arrange a replacement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
